About TAA-A
What is TAA-A?
TAA-A is the third letter of the Arabic alphabet. Its name is تَاء (tāʾ) and it has the sound of English /T/. The acronym for TAA-A, was a deliberate choice. It was chosen to not only stand for The American Arabic Academy, but also for our school’s values. T stands for “Takallam”/Speak, A for “Aqra”/I Read, A for “Aktub”/I Write, and the final A for “Afham”/I Understand.

TAAA is located in the state of California, United States of America. The academy’s main office is based in the Orange County in Southern California.
One of the many attractions for tourists to visit is Anaheim’s Disneyland Resort, an amusement park with rides, restaurants, and shops. There are also many beautiful beaches and parks. Visitors can see Buena Park, Knott's Berry Farm, museums, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa Peninsula, Laguna Beach, and much more. It has a diverse population of more than 4 million.

Our Method
TAA-A uses a student-centered, communicative approach in our language learning sessions. Our goal is to take our students from the novice to the advanced level. Students can access the courses from anywhere in the world at any time. Upon the completion of the courses, students will achieve the required level based on The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) and The Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) standards.
